Stand up Speak out There are days at work that just hit differently.
Seeing our students take ownership of Stand Up, Speak Out! is one of them. It’s one thing to build a framework on paper, but seeing young people actually live it? That’s where the magic happens.
We often talk about anti-bullying as a policy or a poster on a wall. But real change isn’t about rules, it’s about culture. It’s about students feeling safe enough to speak, brave enough to name harm, and supported enough to know their voice matters.
Watching them move from “following a program” to “leading a movement” is exactly why we do this. This isn’t performative wellbeing; it’s the real deal.
So proud of our student leaders.
