VCTF Announces New Board of Directors!

The Venture Capital Trust Fund (VCTF) is pleased to announce the inauguration of its new 9-member Governing Board, which will steer the Fund’s mission of driving innovation, SME growth, and contributing to Ghana’s economic transformation.

Hon. Thomas Nyarko-Ampem, Deputy Minister of Finance, welcomed the new Board and emphasized the critical role the Trust Fund plays in addressing gaps within Ghana’s financial architecture. He encouraged the Board to focus on identifying and supporting innovative businesses that will contribute to economic growth.
Board Chair, Dr. Daniel K. Seddoh, expressed gratitude for the trust and reaffirmed the Board’s commitment to advancing VCTF’s strategic objectives aligned with national development priorities.
