Shatta Wale struggling to show EOCO where he bought his Lamborghini or show receipt - EOCO reveals
Ghanaian dancehall star Shatta Wale is facing tough questions after the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) revealed he cannot produce any official receipts or documents proving he owns the Lamborghini Urus linked to a $4 million US crime.
In a press release dated August 21, 2025, EOCO said Shatta Wale claims he bought the flashy vehicle “from the street” through someone possibly known as “ZAK.”
However, he has no records or verified contact for the seller.
The only document in his possession is a customs declaration listing the name Nana Kwabena Amuah, a Ghanaian currently jailed in the US.
Shatta Wale appeared at EOCO on August 20, 2025, for questioning about the vehicle.
The interrogation, which lasted several hours, was initially delayed as he waited for his lawyer to arrive.
Afterward, he was granted bail of GHC10,000,000 with two sureties.
EOCO will conduct a standard surety inspection before the singer is fully released.
