Brief write up about Health education consultancy services
As the technical advisor of the proprietor(s) and partners of Health Education Consultancy Services (Hecservices), I am officially writing to your outfit to briefly introduce the afore-stated private health organization to you vis a’ vis the rational behind its establishment, its core mandate, objectives and goal.
In recognition of the myriad of challenges generally confronting our health care system especially in the northern sector which is by far relatively disadvantaged in terms of quality health care services, the rationale behind the establishment of Hecservices as a private health organization was to envisage and conceptualize a health model that will help reduce morbidity burden, morbidity complications, mortalities and improve disability adjusted live years that will ultimately impact on quality of life intricately linked with health status of individuals and population within the municipal.
Hecservices recognize the dire challenges of the health care system in the municipal and its environs in the Upper East Region which is comparatively largely deprived and marginalized area, in terms of workforce and health infrastructure in a region that has one of the worse doctor/patient ratio in the Country and seek to adopt a model of health intervention that focus on health promotion with emphasis on comprehensive health education and key health information to both individuals, groups, entities or organizations as clients to enable and empower them to take control of their own health in the context of preventive health services, which is an essential but often neglected area that guarantees cost-effective interventions especially in less resource areas where both trained health personnel and facilities are lacking, other than a relatively poor and deprived population who often struggle with health financing ,health cost bills and fees. Hecservices recognize this fact of majority within the municipal and its environment in the low socioeconomic class, earning less than the minimum wage on the average and will foster to ensure goal oriented effective cost interventions, to enable clients have their health problems solved with less health risk or hazard either from disease state or related interventions, whiles also guaranteeing value for money as a key limiting factor from a client/patient perspective even if treatment modalities are to be advised or implemented in some cases.
In line with the relevance of inter-sectorial collaboration in fostering and promoting health within the municipal and its environs in sync with achieving global sustainable developing goals as championed by the World Health Organization (WHO), Health Education Consultancy Services is open to liaising, cooperating and coordinating with both public and private health organizations including non-governmental organizations to enable the Municipal and the Region achieve its health gaols.
In due course, a full project proposal with details of hecservices operationalibilities regarding project program(s) plan and implementation will be presented to your outfit.
Please attached is an application letter for a business certificate in which the business name shall still remain Health Education Consultancy Services.
