Positive Action Initiative Ghana (PAI GHANA) is seeking the services of a Consultant to develop a comprehensive Human Resource Policy Manual and Board Charter.

✨ What we’re looking for:

🔹Must have a track record and experience in developing a comprehensive Human Resource Manual and Board Charter for a young organization

Opportunity alert for emerging leaders ages 25–45

The Youth for Peace: UNESCO Leadership Programme supports emerging leaders (ages 25–45) in using intercultural dialogue to address global challenges.

The 2025 theme — “Learning to Collaborate for a Shared Future” — focuses on fostering social cohesion in a world on the move.

Selected participants will receive online training, a USD 10,000 grant to implement a community project, mentorship and peer learning, a seat at the Global Youth Dialogue for Peace in Guangzhou, China (April 2026), as well as continued engagement through UNESCO’s Global Alumni Network.
