• The aroma of an orange is thought to scale back anxiety.

• All you have got to do is peel an orange and inhale.

• You will be able to additionally drop the peel into a little pan or potpourri burner.

• Cover with water and simmer.

• Once heated, the orange rind can unharness its odoriferous and calming oil.

Ginger

• Apply some ginger paste on the affected area, followed by eucalyptus oil.

• Cut 4 to 6 thin slices of fresh ginger root and put them in one and one-half cups of water. Simmer and boil it on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

• Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and strain it.

• Add honey and then drink it.

• You can drink this ginger tea two or three times a day for a few days or until you see improvement.

Try to maintain a good relationship with your parents. Remember that they want what is best for you. Try to see where they are coming from when they set rules.

Develop a good balance between school, work, and social life.

Don’t try to take on too much. Limit your activities to the most important ones and give those 100%. Overextending yourself can lead to
stress, frustration, or exhaustion.
