Hepatitis B virus (HBV) can survive outside the human body for up to 7 days and still remain infectious.

Survival time: Up to 7 days on surfaces (e.g. razor blades, toothbrushes, dried blood, needles).

Infectiousness: Even if the blood or bodily fluid has dried, HBV can still infect another person.

Resilience: It can resist moderate heat and drying, making it tougher than some other viruses like HIV.

How to kill it:

Disinfectants: Use bleach (sodium hypochlorite), alcohol-based solutions (≥70%), or EPA-approved disinfectants to destroy HBV on surfaces.

Boiling and heat: Boiling or high heat can inactivate the virus.

🦠 What is Hepatitis B?

Hepatitis B is a viral infection that affects the liver. It can lead to serious liver conditions like:

Cirrhosis (liver damage)

Liver cancer

Liver failure

The virus is very contagious, even more than HIV, and can survive outside the body for up to 7 days.

---

🚨 Modes of Transmission (How Hepatitis B Spreads)

1. Through Blood (Most Common)

Hepatitis B spreads when the blood of an infected person enters another person’s body.

Examples:

Sharing needles, razors, or shaving blades

Using unsterilized equipment at barbershops or salons

Blood transfusions (if not well screened)

Sharing toothbrushes

📌 NOTE: Just a tiny amount of blood can infect you — even if you don’t see it.

---

2. Sexual Contact

Hepatitis B can be spread during unprotected s*x, especially if:

There are cuts, wounds, or sores

Multiple s*xual partners are involved

There is no condom use

🛡️ Using condoms and being faithful can help reduce the risk.

---

3. Mother to Child (At Birth)

An infected mother can pass the virus to her baby during childbirth.

🍼 This is why all newborns should be vaccinated within 24 hours of birth to protect them.

---

4. Contaminated Instruments

Using instruments or tools that were not sterilized can spread Hepatitis B.

Examples:

Tattooing or piercing with unclean tools

Surgical or dental tools in unclean clinics

Traditional circumcision or scarification tools

---

5. Open Wounds or Cuts

If you come in contact with open wounds or body fluids of an infected person, you can get infected — especially through broken skin.

---

❌ Not Spread Through:

Hepatitis B is NOT spread by:

Sharing food or water

Hugging or shaking hands

Coughing or sneezing

Breastfeeding (if ni***es are not cracked or bleeding)

---

✅ Prevention Tips:

1. Get vaccinated – it’s safe and effective.

2. Avoid sharing sharp objects – blades, needles, etc.

3. Practice safe s*x – use condoms.

4. Use gloves if helping someone with a wound.

5. Test yourself and your partner – especially before marriage or childbirth.

"Drinking too much soft and energy drinks can have serious health effects. These beverages are loaded with sugar, which increases the risk of diabetes and other health problems. Sadly, many people are facing these issues without realizing the long-term damage being done to their bodies."

Dietary Fiber

The body also needs a supply of dietary fiber, the indigestible portion of plant foods. A high-fiber diet reduces
the risks of various gastrointestinal problems and promotes cardiovascular health.
The official dietary guidelines, established jointly by
the U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Health and
Human Services, include seven basic recommendations.
1. Eat a variety of foods. This will help ensure that you
get enough calories, protein, and fiber, as well as the
vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients you need.
2. Control your weight. Keep within recommended
weight limits for your age, s*x, and build. Obesity is
defined as being 20% above normal weight.
3. Eat a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet. Ideally, no more
than 30% of daily calories should come from fat,
and no more than 10% should come from saturated
fat. Choose polyunsaturated fats over saturated fats
when possible.
4. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and grains. They are
rich in nutrients, fiber, and complex carbohydrates
but low in fat. More than half of one's daily calories
should come from carbohydrates, and 80% of these
calories should come from complex carbohydrates.
5. Eat sugar in moderation. Sugar is high in calories
and promotes tooth decay.
6. Use salt in moderation. Too much salt increases the
risk of developing high blood pressure. Prepared
foods are often high in salt or other forms of
sodium.
7. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Alcohol
provides calories but no nutrients, and too much is
harmful.

3. Wound Healing and Antiseptic Use

Crushed raw onion or onion juice can be applied to minor cuts, bites, or burns as a natural antiseptic.

4. Digestive Aid

Onion stimulates the production of digestive juices and enzymes, improving digestion and reducing bloating.

5. Blood Sugar Regulation

Onion has compounds that help lower blood sugar levels, making it useful in herbal remedies for diabetes.

6. Heart Health

The sulfur and flavonoid content in onions helps reduce cholesterol, improve blood circulation, and lower blood pressure.

7. Skin and Hair Treatment

Onion juice is applied to the scalp to stimulate hair growth and combat dandruff.

It may also help lighten dark spots and improve acne-prone skin due to its antibacterial properties.

8. Earache Relief

Clove

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) is a tree native to Indonesia. Its dried flower buds are a popular spice and are also used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. Clove oils, dried flower buds, leaves, and stems are used to make medicine.

Benefits of Clove

Promotes Digestion

Cloves improve digestion by stimulating enzyme secretions and increases digestive motility. Cloves are best used for easing flatulence, gastric irritability, dyspepsia, and nausea.

Controls Diabetes

Cloves are best for people with high blood sugar levels. Research has found that cloves improve insulin sensitivity and aids in the efficient functioning of insulin.

Good For Bones And Joints

Cloves are packed with hydro-alcoholic compounds such as eugenol and flavonoids that help increase the bone density and mineral content in bones. People with weak bones and osteoporosis are benefitted from taking cloves regularly.

Boosts Immune System

Consuming excessive *white sugar* over time can contribute to a number of diseases and health conditions, including:

1. *Type 2 Diabetes* – High sugar intake can lead to insulin resistance, increasing the risk of developing diabetes.
2. *Obesity* – Sugar is high in calories and can lead to weight gain, a major risk factor for many diseases.
3. *Heart Disease* – Diets high in sugar are linked to inflammation, high blood pressure, and elevated triglycerides.
4. *Tooth Decay* – Sugar feeds bacteria in the mouth that produce acid, eroding tooth enamel.
5. *Fatty Liver Disease* – Excess sugar, especially fructose, is metabolized by the liver and can contribute to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
6. *Metabolic Syndrome* – A cluster of conditions including high blood sugar, abnormal cholesterol levels, and high blood pressure.
7. *Acne and Skin Conditions* – Sugar can increase sebum production and inflammation, worsening skin issues.
8. *Addiction-like Cravings* – Sugar triggers dopamine release, leading to cravings and dependence.
9. *Gout* – Sugar-sweetened beverages can increase uric acid levels, leading to painful joint inflammation.
10. *Cognitive Decline* – High sugar diets have been linked to impaired brain function and memory.

*BALANCE*

1. *Noah* built the *ark* by faith but, he used measurements. There is a place for rational thinking in our walk of faith. Not all decisions should be made with blind hope!

2. *Sarah's pregnancy* was a miracle, but it took nine months just like any other. God's plans do not negate the importance of process. Sometime you need to wait or work it out.

3. The *stone* that killed *Goliath* might have been anointed, but *David's skill* was also involved. Developing skills does not mean you are not anointed. If you play a piano, play it to the fullest. Don't take us through the agony of listening to your cacophony in the name of "singing to the Lord". Skills are important. There is nothing rude with telling that sister "you can't sing, find something else to do in the house of God".

4. *Esther* received favor to become *queen*, but she also bathed and prepared her appearance. Preparation is key to become fit for the occasion. Get knowledge, go to school. Stop blaming auto-correct, check your spelling even here on social media. Prepare, because some of us expect nothing but the best from you!

5. The *promised land* was full of milk and honey, but they also had to plow, feed cattle, and take care of sheep. Miracles are communication tools that God uses to instill trust, faith and the knowledge of his nature. You need to work, don't expect miracles in a specific area of life all the time. No one pays rent for a full year with miracle money. We need it, we want it, but God wants what is permanent.

6. *God* is the one who *created human capacity* to memorize things, yet he also told many prophets to write their message. Spirituality does not mean we should not use tools to package the message.

7. *Ruth* received favor to marry *Boaz*, but the coaching of Naomi was necessary. Human coaching is necessary, you need to submit and learn from someone. It will spare you from silly mistakes.

8. *Moses* could hear directly from God, but he was wearing himself out with work, it was the wisdom of his father in law that saved him from dying a premature death with exhaustion. It is wisdom to put on a seat belt, brush teeth, and adhere to medical advise. Being spiritual does not mean asking angels to cook food for you!

9. *Namaan* was a mighty soldier and a friend of Kings, but he acted as influenced by a Jewish maiden. Even important people are influenced by"insignificant"people. The key thing is proximity that generates influence.

Mishandling of the natural world can cause hinderance to progress, and a total neglect of the spiritual world will definitely cause total failure in all areas of life.

10. *Jerusalem* had God as her *Protector*, yet he asked the Jews to Build the Walls thereof. Do not neglect physical necessities of life in the name of spirituality. You will die before your time.

*Balance is the Key*

Keeping your kidneys healthy is crucial because they filter waste and excess fluids from your blood, balance minerals, and regulate blood pressure.

HERE ARE SOME EFFECTIVE WAYS TO MAINTAIN KIDNEY HEALTH:

1. Stay Hydrated, But Don’t Overdo It

Drink enough water daily (about 2–3 liters), unless you have a condition that limits your fluid intake.

Helps the kidneys flush out toxins and prevent stones.

2. Eat a Balanced Diet

Focus on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Limit processed foods, excess salt, and added sugars.

Go for low-sodium options and use herbs/spices for flavor.

3. Control Blood Sugar

High blood sugar can damage kidneys over time.

Monitor blood sugar if you’re at risk for or have diabetes.

4. Monitor Blood Pressure

High blood pressure puts strain on the kidneys.

Aim for a healthy range: ideally below 120/80 mm Hg.

5. Exercise Regularly

At least 30 minutes of moderate activity (like walking, cycling) most days.

Helps control blood pressure and weight.

6. Avoid Smoking and Limit Alcohol

Smoking reduces blood flow to the kidneys.

Excess alcohol dehydrates and stresses the kidneys.

7. Maintain a Healthy Weight

Being overweight increases the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure.

8. Be Cautious with Medications and Supplements

Long-term use of NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) can harm kidneys.

9. Regular Check-ups

Get routine kidney function tests if you have risk factors (diabetes, high blood pressure, family history).

10. Manage Stress

Chronic stress can elevate blood pressure, indirectly affecting kidney health.

11. Avoid Toxins

Limit exposure to cleaning products, pesticides, and other chemicals.

Wear gloves/masks when handling them.

12. Herbal Support (optional but helpful)

Herbs like dandelion root, nettle leaf, parsley, and turmeric support kidney cleansing.

Here are the warning signs of a kidney problem.
Urinary changes
The kidneys are the organs responsible for urine production, and their malfunction inevitably leads to urinary problems.
If you experience one or more of these symptoms, it may be a kidney problem:
- Difficulty urinating and a feeling of pressure
- Pain during urination
- Frequent need to urinate during the night
- Darker or lighter colored urine
- Weak or more abundant urine
- Foamy urine
Intense fatigue that persists
This may be the only symptom of the disease for a long time.
Skin rashes and itching
A kidney problem can cause itchy rashes because the kidneys don't remove waste from our blood as they should. This then builds up in the blood and causes itching. Of course, skin rashes can have all sorts of other causes: eczema, psoriasis, liver problems, herpes, allergies, etc. Consult a doctor or dermatologist to be sure.
Nausea and Vomiting in Kidney Stones
Kidney stones are characterized by the presence of one or more "small stones" in the urinary tract. They can become stuck and cause severe pain such as "renal colic," according to Dr. Goléa.
Warning signs: Pain is often accompanied by digestive symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or even sudden cessation of bowel movements.

A plant that we should no longer neglect.
Corn beard helps prevent and fight cystitis and urinary tract infections, because it is rich in antiseptic and diuretic properties.

Thanks to its alkaline and anti-inflammatory properties, it is a good complement in the treatment of joint pain.

It helps fight diabetes by lowering blood sugar levels, controlling insulin levels, and fighting insulin resistance.

It fights high blood pressure; Corn stigma contains flavonoids which aid circulation and regulate blood pressure.

It has a powerful expectorant effect. Regular consumption of corn beard tea helps cleanse the airways, reduce inflammation in the throat, and reduce common flu and cold symptoms.

Corn beard tea helps flush out toxins that build up in the body. It helps to maximize excretory functions and thus reduces the risk of fatty liver.

How to proceed, put a tablespoon of corn beard in your cup, pour boiling water into it, let it steep for 10 minutes, then drink a cup in the morning on an empty stomach and a cup at bedtime.
