One of the biggest realizations I’ve had recently is this:
There’s a mindset shift urgently needed on campus.

Many young people are fixated on making money — but not necessarily on becoming valuable.
The result? Too much laziness disguised as ambition, the same recycled ideas, and a fear of starting small or learning through real-world experience.

Yesterday, I visited the School of Engineering at the University of Ghana, Prof. Elsie Kaufmann’s class, to start this conversation.
I didn’t go to speak as an “expert” — I went to challenge this thinking.

We discussed how real success demands real work, how hands-on experience often outweighs even the most polished degree, and how working through the ranks builds the kind of value that makes you unforgettable in the job market.

The outcome? Surreal.
The students were engaged, asked brilliant questions, and left with a mindset that I believe will start shifting their journey.

This new office space isn’t just a building . It is a strategic hub for transformation, featuring:
