Prostate cancer is da development of cancer in the prostate. This cancer spreads to other parts of the body.
Mind you!! Prostate cancer affects males only.
The prostate secretes fluids that nourishes and protects the s***m. Men above 40 are at risk, benign prostate hyperplasia(enlargement of prostate) can also affect men.
Some symptoms are blood in urine, difficulty in urination, pain in the pelvis abd abdominal pain.
Taking diets high in processed meat, red meat and milk products could potentiate prostate cancer.
It is very embarassing since men with prostate cancer have difficulty in er****on and painful ej*******on. Imagine your wife complaining about your bad performance in bed...very pathetic.
Ladies, kindly advice any man in your life and educate them on this disease.
Also, our dear men kindly take care of your prostate. Eat alot of tomatoes and dont forget to do your "PSA" test.
Men under 40. Dont think you are free. You still have to take care of yourselves because you also at risk.

4. Avoid taking alcohol

Lets live healthy.
