The Day 5 climax of the five-day intensive first aid training workshop at UENR involved a Pluz Color Health Walk, where trainees showcased their newly acquired skills.

Participants effectively managed various injuries, including strains, sprains, muscle pulls, cuts, and waist pain, demonstrating practical applications of first aid techniques learned throughout the workshop. Later we went to speak on how the event went on Greena FM and the need for students to join the society Red Cross.

This event highlighted the importance of hands-on experience in enhancing emergency response capabilities among trainees during the UENR SRC Week activities.

Day 2 of our 5 days first aid training workshop.
Madam Olivia Bono Ahafo Regional Manageress Ghana Red Cross Society joined us during the training session.

She emphasized the critical importance of first aid skills during the five-day training workshop. She highlighted that being equipped with these skills not only empowers individuals to respond effectively in emergencies but also fosters community resilience. Volunteering in first aid training enhances personal confidence and can significantly impact the well-being of others in crises, making it a vital contribution to society.

She assured us that she and the regional executives are always ready to receive us and support us in delivering our skills.
