On the 27th March, 2024 the St. Martin de Porres Hospital in Eikwe, a Catholic Hospital owed by the Catholic Church of Sekondi Takoradi Diocese: marked a historical moment with the Good people and leadership of the International Organisation for Migration [IOM]. This Historical moment was to establish a productive and long term partnership between the Hospital [representing the Church] and the IOM [in favour of International Migrants].
This productive partnership is to Foster relationships between the two institutions; while the hospital offers medical care to the people and the IOM will continue to support the hospital with capacity building in terms of medical equipment and infrastructure.
On the that same day, the IOM led by Madam Fatou Diallo Ndiaye [Chief of Misson] donated some sophisticated and high quality Medical Equipment to the Hospital. They include: Blood Bank Refrigerator, Vaccine Refrigerator, Cardiac Monitors, Infusion Pumps, Autoclave, etc.
We extend our profound gratitude to the good people of IOM for their donation.
