When you have hormonal imbalances...you don't follow mainstream health advice. Yes, you can supplement and keep symptoms under control or make a mental note to shift things in your favour.

According to my scale, this is a 13kg difference. Pictures are 12 months apart. Not a single day in the 12 months did I eat calories under 2000.

Get to root cause...I intermittent fast and still eat 2000 or more calories in my eating window.

Health is not one size fits all...block the noise, find what works for you and stick to it. Calories in eggs can be same as the cookies but they do different things in your body.

Salad has spinach, rocket, sauerkraut, onion, tomatoes, avocado and freeze dried parsley.

Before you come and ask where's the main food because of bread or banku this breakfast has over 900 calories and 70grams of protein. 🤪
