So it's Boiled peanuts season and most of us love boiled Peanuts..

Here is the nutritional breakdown...

Peanuts are technically a legume, which means they’re more closely related to beans and lentils than other nuts on this list. However, they’re one of the most widely available nuts and can be eaten on your keto diet but sensibly...

One ounce (28 grams) of peanuts (about a quarter cup) contains:

Calories: 164
Protein: 7 grams
Fat: 14 grams
Total carbs: 6 grams
Fiber: 2 grams
Net carbs: 4 grams

So you can probably have that or twice that portion at the most...if you are looking for weight loss...

Don't forget that the calories are quite high even more for roasted peanuts(don't do more than a handful a day pls)

Also peanut butter can be enjoyed as an easy snack or an addition to smoothies, protein shakes, or keto desserts. Stick to 1-2 table spoons at most.
