- 1 whole fresh pineapple (peeled)

- 1/2 cup fresh ginger

- 1/4 cup fresh turmeric

- Pinch of black pepper (Optional but good for tumeric absorption)

**How to Prepare it:
Blend everything, strain through a sieve, and store in small glass shots. Drink one every morning straight.
