Theme: A Happy mouth,is a happy mind

Oral health tips
1.Brush your teeth at least twice a day.morning and the last thing at night with fluoride toothpaste

2.Swish and swallow ie after every meal or snack you eat,do well to rinse ur mouth with ur drinking water before swallowing.

3.If you eat and hv food getting stuck in between ur teeth u likely hv periodontal pockets.. c ur Dentist asap but in de meantime use Dental floss daily after meals,not toothpick which will only make it
worse.

4. Visit a Dentist twice a yr ie every 6 months for scaling & polishing as well as routine dental check..don't wait for pain
