GERMANY JOB

GERMANY JOB Recruitment and language training with focus on healthcare sector and Azubis.

GERMANY JOB is an employment initiative in Africa and together with partners we offer jobs in Germany. Our team bridges the gap between the demand and supply of skilled workers needed in Germany by guiding Africans with the necessary linguistic skills and skill sets to secure lucrative job offers in that country. By meeting the demands of both trained employees and employers, GERMANY JOB offers a win-win situation. German language proficient Africans find plenty of training and career opportunities abroad, while foreign establishments gain competent and dynamic personnel to help them maintain standards and also grow. Individuals are placed in establishments that offer good pay, attractive work environments and many added advantages. GERMANY JOB was initiated in early 2023 by Patron Consult Ltd in collaboration with German partners. In May 2024 a marketing agent (Infopost) was appointed to take charge of branding and re-structuring and subsequently established the above as a first franchisee in Ghana.

▶ www.anerkennung.info/finder

As Ghana takes steps to strengthen safe and regular labour mobility, Germany remains a key partner in creating opportunities for mutual growth. 🇬🇭🤝🇩🇪
Estimates suggest that up to 400,000 immigrants per year will be needed to address the increasing labor shortage in Germany, largely driven by demographic changes.
The demand spans a wide range from skilled professionals to low-wage workers.
Speaking at the National Policy Dialogue on Labour Mobility Pathways, Mrs Sivine Jansen, Deputy Head of Mission at the German Embassy, emphasized the need to facilitate the recognition of foreign qualifications and increase private sector involvement.
With pilot projects already underway through Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana - AHK Ghana and Don Bosco, Germany is working closely with partners in preparatory vocational and educational training to facilitate safe migration to Germany.

Ten young Ghanaians, including eight men and two women, are currently in Bochum, Detmold, Lemgo and Münster for a three-month internship. They are gaining valuable skills and international experience in a completely new environment.

This opportunity was made possible through the strong partnership of Signal Iduna, Senior Expert Service, Jakob-Christian-Adam Stiftung, the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana, and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

The German companies are happy to welcome these talents from Ghana, and it will most probably be a life changing experience.
