Admission to the Family Health Medical School for the BSc (Med. Sci.) and MB ChB Programmes shall follow an entrance examination and/or interview of eligible candidates to be based on Senior High School Certificate Examinations, West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE) and General Certificate Examination (GCE). Candidates would be admitted to the first year (Level 100). WASSCE//SSSCE Applicants must have at least Credit passes in Three (3) of the following Elective Subjects: Chemistry and two from Physics, Biology and Elective Mathematics WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants from the West African Sub-region must also have at least Credit passes in Three (3) of the following Elective Subjects: Chemistry and two from Physics, Biology and Further Mathematics IGCSE/GCE (Cambridge) – ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels Credit passes in Three (3) of the following ‘A’ Level Subjects: Chemistry and two from Physics, Biology and Mathematics International Baccalaureate (IB) Credit passes in Three (3) of the following ‘A’ Level Subjects: Chemistry and two from Physics, Biology and Mathematics Graduate applicants -Must hold a good First Degree (Second Class Lower or better) in Basic Medical, Biological, Biomathematical, Physical Sciences, or any relevant science related subject. -Must show evidence of having completed the -National Service, where required Candidates would be admitted to the first year (Level 100).
