Atma NAMASTE
Each month we try to meditate during or around the Full Moon, when a greater amount of energy is available. This is a great time for us to meditate and harness that force and use it to propel our personal development, projects and goals.

During the Spring, there is an increase in the downpour of spiritual energy that makes these Full Moons particularly important.

These Full Moons Mark three major spiritual festivals of the year. They happen on the Full Moons of Aries (Festival of Easter & Passover), Ta**us (Festival of Wesak) and Gemini (Festival of Goodwill). These Festivals bring forth a tremendous downpour of Divine Power, Divine Light and Divine Love to a needy world.

Join us with Master Co at 8pm tonight as we come together for the first of these Spiritual Festivals. We will channel these energies to Bless our Beloved Mother Earth and bless all our goals/projects/wishes.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN A 1-MONTH MEDITATION ON TWIN HEARTS CHALLENGE???

Dear all, recent studies in various parts of the world have shown that the energy generated by 7 or more people doing the Meditation on Twin Hearts together and then blessing the earth or a particular area has resulted in a significant reduction in crime rates in these areas. It was recently brought to our awareness that crime rate in Gibraltar, in particular that of sexual offenses, drug dealing and addiction is on the rise. As such we have decided to have a 1-month Meditation on Loving Kindness Challenge to bless our beloved Gibraltar, and in particular to ask for blessings and healing for victims and perpetrators of sexual offenses as well as drug dealing and drug addiction in Gibraltar - Beginning on Monday 16th November. We will be doing this together at 7 am daily over zoom and we are looking to have a group of people to commit to joining in on a regular basis. This will have the added benefit of flushing out negative, limiting energies within us and recharging ourselves for physical and emotional wellbeing in preparation for the Christmas and New Year festive season. Sometimes we're not even aware of our real emotional state.
Did you know that we have between 20k and 80k of thoughts a day?
Does it seem easy now to control your emotions?
It's not, and there are layers of them to peel which will take each and everyone of us a different time to get to the core of.
This is why during a Pranic Healing course of tretments we never know how long will it take to get better, and it is also important to keep in mind that the person, as well as who performs the healing, has a big responsability in keeping a positive mind, doing positive things, and even reduce certain activities like criticizing, cursing, judging.
It is definitely possible to be stress, anxiety free 🙂 ❤️🦋
