I have a couple of slots become available for 1:1 Pilates Mat and Reformer training sessions.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that works on your core strength, coordination, balance and posture.

Individuals of all ages and abilities can benefit from Pilates sessions. Pilates is also great as a cross-training program for anyone practising any other type of sports including golf or high-impact sports.
