Strengthen and sculpt with focused sequences that fire up your lower body.
🧘 Stretch, Tone & Connect
📅 Fridays 14:00–15:00
A slower-paced, mindful class that’s all about gentle movement, improving flexibility and tuning in to what your body needs.
All sessions are held at the MBS Wellbeing Centre and open to all levels — just bring yourself, your bottle of water, and a bit of curiosity.
