On the 3rd of February, 2026, the Public Health Department of Gunjur Minor Health Center, with support from Gunjur Project, conducted a one-day community health screening and birth registration outreach in Kajabang.
The activity provided essential health checks, identified cases of hypertension, diabetes, anaemia, and a few hepatitis infections, and successfully registered 46 children.
Despite its success, the outreach was limited by time and electricity challenges, highlighting the need for longer activities.
The Department sincerely thanks all community members, health workers, volunteers, and partners for their cooperation and participation. Special appreciation goes to Gunjur Project, particularly its leader Ms. Jenny, for the support that made this important activity possible.
