I’ve created a 50-minute Yoga Nidra meditation with Amethyst, guiding you into deep relaxation, inner stillness, and the activation of your third eye.
Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep”…
but you’re not actually sleeping.
You’re in that space between awake and asleep, where the body can fully rest, and the mind slowly softens.
In this state, your nervous system resets, tension releases, and you can access a deeper connection with yourself.
In this meditation, we work with Amethyst as a crystal ally.
Amethyst is known for calming the mind, supporting inner clarity, and activating the third eye — the space connected to intuition, insight, and inner guidance.
You can place the crystal on your forehead, hold it in your hand, or simply connect with its energy.
This journey invites you to:
✧ let go of stress and mental noise
✧ deeply relax your body
✧ open to inner stillness
✧ connect with your intuition
✧ and gently receive what wants to come through
There is nothing you need to do.
