Our first breathwork class with Barras was nothing short of magical. We started in a circle, set our intentions, did some gentle movement work, and then surrendered to an hour of deep breathing with music that carried us higher than words can describe. We closed by sharing our experiences, and left feeling deeply connected.

Barras is going back home soon so we have planned a last breathwork session:

This is an invitation to step into a 3-hour sacred journey of Conscious Connected Breathwork. A space to release what no longer serves, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, and remember the truth of who you are.

Through the rhythm of breath, we move beyond the thinking mind into a deeper state of awareness where the body speaks, emotions rise to be freed, and the soul awakens. Whether you are seeking release, clarity, or deep rest, the breath will guide you.

SARASWATI SHAKTIMAYI - Hatha Yoga Class .HOUSE (10.09)! ☀️

We are excited to offer you a Hatha Yoga class with Saraswati Shaktimayi. With 14 years of teaching experience she will open up a meditative space in which you can connect with your inner source of being. The class will leave you deeply relaxed and energized.

Saraswati has been living in India for extended periods and has been studying the traditional paths of Yoga, Ta**ra, Ayurveda and Classical Indian Dance from the source.

Saraswati has been giving classes, workshops and retreats in Austria, Germany and India and holding in-depth online programs.
