SARASWATI SHAKTIMAYI - Hatha Yoga Class .HOUSE (10.09)! ☀️

We are excited to offer you a Hatha Yoga class with Saraswati Shaktimayi. With 14 years of teaching experience she will open up a meditative space in which you can connect with your inner source of being. The class will leave you deeply relaxed and energized.

Saraswati has been living in India for extended periods and has been studying the traditional paths of Yoga, Ta**ra, Ayurveda and Classical Indian Dance from the source.

Saraswati has been giving classes, workshops and retreats in Austria, Germany and India and holding in-depth online programs.

Meet Our New Pilates Instructor - Eirini Diakatou! 🌿

We’re thrilled to welcome Eirini Diakatou to the team! With a background in Physiotherapy and a Master's in Therapeutic Exercise from the University of Patras, Eirini brings a deep understanding of the body and movement to her Pilates sessions.

She has also trained in Clinical Pilates, Acupuncture, and Music Therapy, offering a holistic approach to mindful movement and wellness.

Full Moon Pottery Workshop 🌕

A Hands-on Creative Experience with Mud & More

Under the magic of the full moon, we invite you to slow down, ground yourself, and create with your hands.

In collaboration with “Mud & More”, we’re hosting a 2-hour beginner-friendly pottery class guided by Vicky Hindle, a skilled facilitator trained in art therapy. You’ll explore the tactile, meditative process of working with natural terracotta clay, using simple hand-building techniques. No kiln, no pressure - just creativity and connection.

👐 No experience is needed. This class is perfect for absolute beginners and anyone curious about the therapeutic power of clay.

This is more than a pottery class - it’s a space for expression, self-discovery, and community. A moment to be present, to play, and to create something beautiful under the full moon’s glow.

✨ Offered through a nonprofit collaboration between Mud & More and Sowilo House, this event is part of our shared mission to make art, healing, and creative practices more accessible to all.

All proceeds directly support community wellness and creativity-based programs.
