Mother’s Day feels different when you become a mother yourself.
You begin to understand the invisible love, the patience, the exhaustion, the strength, and the deep surrender that motherhood asks from us every single day.

As a mother and as the heart behind SomaYoga, I see how often women give everything to everyone else and forget to breathe for themselves.

Today I want to honor all mothers — the ones nurturing children, families, dreams, healing, and life itself.
May we remember that caring for ourselves is not selfish. It is sacred.

Yoga has taught me that motherhood is not about perfection. It is about presence. About softening, listening, holding, and beginning again every day with love.
