📞 2110012465 I offer both personal training and Workout barre classes, for groups as well as individuals. My lessons are a great way for you to learn some of the basic techniques of Workout barre as well as fitness training. Personal training:

Free weights

Both Lessons are designed by me personally. They help increase your strength and endurance, resulting in a lean fit body. If there is something specific you would like to learn, or achieve, your best option is to contact me personally and we can discuss what it is your after. I have been training for many years, and I am confident that i can get any body type into shape

I am a professional Dancer with a large experience in all types of Dance. I became a teacher too after many years of dancing on a professional level.

I started dancing from the age of 4. I was born in Egypt from Greek parents, and grew up between Egypt, Switzerland, and Greece. I speak Greek, French, Arabic and English fluently. After completing my studies in french school, I immediately went to the National Dance School of Greece as well as the ministry of Culture, where I received my diplomas with honours.

I continued learning as much as I could about dance, I attended many seminars including the Maurice Bejart Dance School ,Nicole Lieber and Piero Rocchetti in Switzerland, as well as Emi Korfia , Mixalis Nalbadis and much more in Greece.

I have worked with many top choreographers in Greece such as Garry Mardon, Fokas Evvagelinos,Maria Liraraki, Chuck Foster,Elena Komova and Panos Metaxopoulos. Performing live professional choreography on Television, Theatres,Videoclips and live concerts. This included UEFA champions league soccer finals, and Eurovision in Cyprus.

I have been part of Panos Metaxopoulos team for many years, where i have decided to use my passion and experience in both dancing, as well as fitness to teaching others at his dance school. I have also taught Barre Fitness at many of the fitness centres in Athens Greece.
With a classical ballet studies Diploma and a professional dance career , I have created a Barre Fitness workout ,to make it accessible to all. The class has many benefits to your body and soul, including strength, health, and self confidence in all aspects of your life.

It will help sculpt, tone and refine your body with the barre fitness workout: a perfect sequence of exercises from ballet, fitness and cardio training for incomparable wellness and happiness.

The Barre Fitness Workout, is a new and effective way of training for the whole body and for all ages! Inspired by the gym workout and classical ballet (barre use), it aims to strengthen and tighten the muscles by improving the elasticity and strength of the body! The combination of light weights and many repetitions ensures a strong and linear body without volume and without the slightest risk of injury

Barre Fitness
This workout, relies solely on your own bodyweight for resistance, the movements will challenge and strengthen your bodies balance as well as your bodies stability. When you enter the studio you will find that it is usually a larger space, as well as barres attached to the walls. The Barre Fitness uses dumbbells between one and six kilos. Everyone will have there own mat as well as weights up to two kilos around there ankles. (This is done to strengthen the legs and abs). The class is one hour long, thirty minutes of strength training, and thirty minutes targeting cardio. And the final part of the class will finish with a ten minute full body stretching and relaxing exercise. This is done to circulate the blood flow throughout your entire body and allow more oxygen to flow to your head.
