🌿✨ Dive into the Heart of Greek Wellness with "Horta Vrasta" ✨🌿

At EIIHS, nestled in the vibrant landscapes of Greece, we celebrate the nourishing tradition of "horta vrasta" - a simple yet profound dish of boiled greens. From dandelion and chicory to spinach and nettle, these leafy greens are a cornerstone of Mediterranean health, seamlessly blending with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to support heart and kidney health. 🇬🇷💚

Why "Horta Vrasta"?
- 🍃 Cooling & Calming: Ideal for balancing the yang energy of the heart and kidneys.
- 💧 Nourishing Yin: Supports the kidneys, promoting moisture and cooling energy.
- 🌱 Rich in Nutrients: Detoxifies and promotes a smooth flow of qi and fluids.

Embrace this Greek ritual of self-care. Boil your choice of greens, add a squeeze of some fresh lemon juice, a sprinkle of sea salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Savor the essence, and nourish your body and soul. 🌟

Your Wellness Journey Awaits!

🌬️ Embracing the Quiet of Late Winter with TCM 🍵

In the depth of winter, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) guides us to nourish our Yin, the essence of rejuvenation and introspection. This season is a sacred time to prepare our bodies and spirits for the vibrant energy of spring.

🔹 Nourish Your Yin 🔹
- Embrace warm, enriching foods that soothe the soul and body. Think hearty soups, root vegetables, and warming teas.
- Incorporate gentle, restorative exercises into your routine, such as yoga or tai chi, to maintain balance and inner calm.

🌿 A Time for Replenishment 🌿
This period of stillness is an opportunity to replenish our inner reserves. By tuning into our body's needs and embracing the nurturing aspect of winter, we set the stage for a vibrant and energetic spring.

📣 We'd Love to Hear From You 📣
