🖌Embracing the power of writing has been a journey for me, both as a children's book author and as a psychologist who understands the therapeutic value of putting pen to paper.
Recently, I had the privilege of participating in the 'Meditate & Write' workshop by The Story Lounge, led by the insightful Talia Stone ✨
Through mindful meditation and imaginative exercises, Talia guided us to reconnect with our deepest thoughts and concerns. 🧘♂️
We delved into free association using the 'Spider' technique, allowing our minds to wander freely before diving into automatic writing. Surprisingly, the topic of 'Slow living' led me to confront one of my biggest challenges: the constant tug-of-war between rushing through life and savoring the journey. 🐌⏳
