Ένας ειδικός ψυχικής υγείας καλείται να είναι παρών στην ταχεία κοινωνική και τεχνολογική εξέλιξη με αποτέλεσμα να καλέιται να δράσει ταυτόχρονα σε περισσότερα πεδία από την κλασική ψυχοθεραπευτική λειτουργία. Η Ναταλία Ρεντίνα είναι αριστούχος απόφοιτη Ψυχολογίας του πανεπιστημίου Hertfordshire και κάτοχος Diploma in Psychology του πανεπιστημίου Glyndwr, με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος. Έχοντας κάνει εκτενή πρακτική και εθελοντισμό σε διάφορους φορείς στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό πλέον ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα συνεχίζοντας την κατάρτισή της στην Γνωσιακή Συμπεριφορική Ψυχοθεραπεία, στο Κέντρο Εφαρμοσμένης Ψυχοθεραπείας και Συμβουλευτικής. Παράλληλα παρακολουθεί με υποτροφία το μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα MBA - Master in Business Administration του European International University στο IST College.

Παράλληλα με την άσκηση του επαγγέλματος του Ψυχοθεραπευτή, η Ναταλία κάνει εισηγήσεις πάνω σε ποικίλα θέματα προσωπικής και επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης, προσωπικής και ομαδικής ενδυνάμωσης, διαχείρισης εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος και επιχειρηματικης δραστηριοτητας.

Στο πλαίσιο συνεργασιών, η Ναταλία συμμετέχει με κείμενά της σε διάφορές εκδόσεις και συλλογές σε έντυπα και ηλεκτρονικά μέσα.
