Siddhi Aerial Yoga Chania Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga for the Kids Try out a new, fun type of Yoga, Aerial Yoga!

Aerial Yoga is a unique practice that uses a silk hammock as a tool to help practitioners achieve traditional Yoga poses, combined with acrobatics. In an Aerial Yoga class, students use both the hammock and the floor to achieve certain yoga poses, while being able at the same time to explore acrobatic movement in the air. A wide range of poses allows this practice to be suited to a complete beginner as well as to an advanced yoga practitioner and athlete. Some of the general benefits of the practice are:
• Total body workout
• Improved balance
• Psychologically and spiritually uplifting
• New body skills
• A lot of fun, as it awakes the child within us

From the 1st of August , Hatha Yoga practice and Kids Yoga practice too!

Σημερα ολοκληρωθηκαν οι πρακτικες μας διπλα στο κυμα. Συναντηθηκαμε κ ανταλλαξαμε τα πιο ομορφα πρωινα χαμογελα , με θεα τη θαλασσα ...
Κι ολα αυτα δε θα ειχαν συμβει χωρις τη στηριξη του Νικητα, της Αργυρως που καθε πρωι μας υποδεχοντουσαν παρα το δυσκολο ωραριο τους στο υπεροχο Nikitas place!
Ηταν υπεροχα.. Ραντεβου το επομενο καλοκαιρι! Ευχαριστουμε πολυ!

Today we said goodbye to "summer" practice next to the waves. These two months we met. We exchanged breaths and feelings. We shared thoughts and knowledge . So many different people, from all around the world.
And we "namaste" each other. We honored the Light inside us , smiling in the morning, looking at the sea and saluting the sun, the moon , the earth...
I am thankful for what this summer brought me. Because one of my dreams was to teach in this place , -to teach and be taught. And my wish is fulfilled. And now I have new friends (Ole, Stella, Valeria...), new people to trust, but also people I knew and now I can love and appreciate more (Marios, Maria..).
I have a husband to adore for his "stand by me" attitude... I have a girl , Yota who literally "entered" my life obviously to help and be there for me and for all nice things coming.. I chose my new teacher and friend Anna to support my next steps..
Now I am rich. This summer made me richer. I am grateful. Namaste.
