At Folegandros island in Cyclades, the world record man and holder of static apnea, Nicola Putignano with Apnea Energy in colaboration with Folegandros Villas luxurious beachfront villas, with a great team of free divers & good friends, in action.
Static apnea, free diving in Aegean sea, the most clearly water in Mediterannean sea, Yoga & just a little bit spearfishing for catchig and special dinners with fish. UnderwaterXperts filming production capture all the special moments... during the diving. Soon video will be released.

Η Σφυρίδα
Με τους Γιάννη Τσιλιβάκο και Σπύρο Μαρίνη

Με το πέρασμα των χρόνων, ο άνθρωπος, ανακάλυπτε και εφάρμοζε συνεχώς νέες τεχνικές σύλληψης των ψαριών. Τα ψάρια σαν νοήμονα όντα που είναι, μάθαιναν συνεχώς να εξελίσσονται μαζί με τις τεχνικές που χρησιμοποιεί ο άνθρωπος και απέφευγαν τις παγίδες του.
Αυτό που κάνει τον υποβρύχιο κυνηγό ξεχωριστό και επιτυχημένο είναι η μελέτη της συμπεριφοράς των ψαριών ανά είδος ξεχωριστά και η εφαρμογή ενός κράμματος τεχνικών σύλληψης κατά περίπτωση.
Στη Σφυρίδα βέβαια δεν υπάρχουν και πολλοί κανόνες. Η σύλληψη της βασίζεται κυρίως στην εμπειρία του κυνηγού και στο ενστικτό του. Όμως ο εξαιρετικός τρόπος που το ψάρι κυνηγάει και τα απρόσμενα μέρη που θα τη συναντήσουμε, αναλύονται και αποτελούν το πρώτο βασικό όπλο για τη συλληψή της.
Όλες οι τεχνικές που μπορούν να συμβάλλουν στην επιτυχία, με πληθώρα άλλων σημαντικών πληροφοριών επεξηγούντε στην ταινία οπλίζοντας τον κυνηγό σε νέες αναζητήσεις...
