Come be held, nourished, and rested, and have a gorgeous little Greek holiday at the same time 🇬🇷
There is guidance on your retreat timetable, but also so much space for you to do what you want to do here.
Want to stay by the pool and read your book? Stay there. Want to have a glass of wine in the evening, do that. Want to join the optional breathwork, meditation, Flow Dance Meditation, Vision boarding, life coaching, yoga classes and workshops, join in!

It’s a moving meditation.
A practice to quiet the mind, create space, and come home to your body.
You’re guided to move in your own way, expressing emotion, releasing tension, and reconnecting with yourself through sensation and breath.

Celebrating these incredible humans ✨ Yesterday we finished our Flow Dance Meditation Facilitator Retreat Training, 5 full days of dancing, moving, laughing, crying, creating and just being human together 🫶
This facilitator retreat was very special. We went deep into the nervous system, trauma-informed facilitation, masculine & feminine energy, the power of music and how it actually works, and the structure of the FDM journey.
Topped with tasty meals in beautiful locations, island exploring, and soaking up the beauty of Nusa Lembongan magic 🌊
Watching these humans step into their confidence, their leadership and their own unique way of holding space has been such an honour.
Heart full and feeling so much love and gratitude 🤍

I’ve been thinking about the power of presence and how much connection we’re losing between humans. I see it all everyday.
More time on our phones, less time really with each other.
It takes a conscious effort to be present, not just with loved ones and friends, but with strangers too.
I was at cacao, breath & sound event last night (highly recommend if you’re in Perth), and it was all about community and connection. A lot came up for me in how we can work together to keep human connection in a world that feels so busy with other things.
Spaces like that, whether you come alone or with others, where you can return home to yourself are a great way to remember human connection and connection to self and a higher power in whatever source that may be for you.
🫶 A few simple ways to create more presence:
1. Eye contact. Give a little more. Linger. Really look so you actually see the person in front of you.
2. Ask better questions. Go beyond surface small talk and get curious about who someone really is.
3. Slow down. Take a breath before responding. Listen to understand, not just to reply.
Bonus: put your phone away if you want to be even more present. 🤍

YOGA || My classes are based on strengthening the body & calming the mind. Using Vinyasa flow to fire up the body whilst using the breath to really feel and let go and be free from the thoughts in your mind. I want you to walk away from your practice feeling amazing; Feeling more positive, a sense of achievement and a clearer head space.
MASSAGE || Relax and unwind with a Swedish full body Massage or Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage. 1 hour or 30 minutes. Release the tension in your muscles, flush out toxins, help keep ligaments and tendons supple and reduce emotional & physical stress.
REFORMER PILATES || Join me for a class at The Reformer Studio in Nottingham City Centre. Reformer Pilates promotes core strength, alignment, muscle strength and flexibility in the body. The Reformer is a piece of equipment which has a gliding platform or ‘carriage’ attached by springs to the body of the Reformer.
