Some of us feel happier and lighter as the days lengthen. Others still may feel slow, foggy, damp, resistant.
In Ayurveda this is often described as Kapha season — a time of year that carries the qualities of cool, moist, and heavy.
When the environment holds those qualities, the body can feel them as well.
It doesn’t mean something is wrong.
It means the body is responding to its environment, and sometimes to the season of life we are in.
Movement is one way we help the body shift.
This short practice, Wake Up Marrakech, is an excerpt from one of the seasonal movement practices included inside the Whole Living Memberships, where nourishment, movement, and seasonal rhythm are practiced together throughout the year.
You can explore the memberships and read the full spring reflection through the link in bio.
