As the light returns in spring, it invites a different way of living.

A chance to build habits that feel more aligned with this season.

Not from pressure, but from support.
Not all at once, but through small shifts that you return to again and again.

Spring ReSet is 28 days of awareness, connection, insight, and purpose.

We begin April 13.
Join us.

Flourishing isn’t something you force.
It’s something you return to, again and again.

Slowly, steadily, in ways that begin to shape how you live.

And when this is practiced in community, it starts to spread.
You begin to feel it, see it, and support it in one another.

Through awareness, connection, insight, and purpose,
small shifts begin to take root.

Repeated over time, they become who you are.

Spring ReSet 2026 🌿

A return to rhythm.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about coming back to what supports you.

Food that nourishes.
Movement that feels good in your body.
Practices you can return to, again and again.

Flourishing isn’t forced. It’s cultivated.
Through small shifts. Repeated.

If you’ve been feeling out of sync, scattered, or ready for a reset, this is your space to begin.

We move together this spring.

Spices are physiology in motion.

In both Ayurveda and modern nutritional science, spices are more than flavor. They actively support how the body functions.

They can:

* Stimulate digestive enzyme production
* Support bile flow and detox pathways
* Improve nutrient absorption
* Modulate blood sugar
* Create metabolic heat (Agni)

These ideas carry into the Spring Seasonal Recipe Guide, available for purchase or included inside the Whole Living Memberships, where seasonal nourishment is paired with movement and rhythm-based practice.

Some of us feel happier and lighter as the days lengthen. Others still may feel slow, foggy, damp, resistant.

In Ayurveda this is often described as Kapha season — a time of year that carries the qualities of cool, moist, and heavy.

When the environment holds those qualities, the body can feel them as well.

It doesn’t mean something is wrong.

It means the body is responding to its environment, and sometimes to the season of life we are in.

Movement is one way we help the body shift.

This short practice, Wake Up Marrakech, is an excerpt from one of the seasonal movement practices included inside the Whole Living Memberships, where nourishment, movement, and seasonal rhythm are practiced together throughout the year.

You can explore the memberships and read the full spring reflection through the link in bio.

Video filmed during our retreat in Morocco with travel last spring. No trending audio, just the morning sounds of Marrakech.

Food is not a trend.

It is context.
It is season.
It is physiology.

In my newest reflection, Spring, Seasonality, and the Way We Come Back to Ourselves, I explore how traditional cooking practices, seasonal eating, and movement help the body transition from winter heaviness toward Spring’s clarity and steady energy.

The piece also inspired the Spring Seasonal Recipe Guide, available individually or inside the Whole Living memberships.

There are places that slow you down without asking.

Places where history is felt, not explained.

Where land, sky, and human life have learned how to coexist over time.

Greece is one of those places.

Here, culture is lived.
Meals are shared.
Time stretches.
Connection happens naturally.

This is why Awaken unfolds in the Peloponnese. Not as an escape, but as an immersion. A landscape shaped by endurance, simplicity, and rhythm becomes part of the experience itself, supporting clarity, learning, and renewal in a way only place can.

Awaken is intentionally designed so what your experience in Greece doesn’t stay in Greece.

The insights, rhythms, and practices you explore here are meant to carry forward, be integrated into daily life in ways that are realistic, sustainable, and personal.

No, this wasn’t peer-reviewed.
(Though the pool was very convincing.)

What is well supported by science is that how we live, rest, move, connect, and even where we spend our time, influences how our bodies adapt, recover, and age.

Sunlight, nervous system ease, movement, shared meals, time away from constant stress all shape long-term well-being in very real ways.

Genomic Living was created to translate this understanding into lived experience, offering DNA-guided clarity at home, and immersive retreats where insight becomes something you can actually feel.

ONLY TWO SPOTS REMAIN for our next immersive retreat, Awaken, designed around biological aging.

We use YOUR DNA as context to support your understanding of how YOU uniquely age, adapt, and recover.
