What one belief, when you truly understand it, that will change everything?

The one thing that will enable you to step into your true power and give you inner clarity.

Well, this is it! You are a soul 💫

A soul that’s temporarily living in your body, having an Earthly experience. You came for good reason!

Did you realise that you chose what lessons to learn in life so that you, the soul, can evolve and grow? You chose your parents, family, partners, your life circumstances and what wounds you needed to work through. The lessons you came to master so you can receive the gifts on the other side.

You see, nothing is an accident. All the difficult people, situations and experiences were designed to help you to evolve and grow!

But the question is, have you learned from them, or do you feel that your life is stuck on “Repeat”?

All the challenges you have faced were necessary to help you to elevate to a higher frequency. Are you listening to your intuition; the inner guidance from your Higher Soul that’s trying to help you?

We all know someone who has been diagnosed with Cancer. Roughly 1 in 2 people will develop it at some point in their lifetime ❤️‍🩹

Unfortunately, my dear Mum was diagnosed with skin cancer in April ❤️‍🩹

So in May I have taken on the 10k swim challenge to help raise funds for research into all cancers 🧜‍♀️

I swim most days and find it helps to bring me back into my body and is a great way for me to switch off from daily stresses. It has been an important part of my healing journey and a great somatic practice for me 💫

I am so excited that I have added Sound Healing to my collection of qualifications.

Music and dance have been part of my daily somatic practices which has helped me to regulate my nervous system over the past few years.

Last year I invested in a magical crystal harp which has such amazing healing 432 Hz energy.

The Tibetan Bowls had a profound effect on me during my training and I now
offer Group Sound Baths and 1:1 Sound Healing sessions with my beautiful bowls and crystal harp.

It was a privilege to meet such lovely people on my training and a huge thank you to the amazing Becky

The energy for 2026 is the Fire Horse and it’s magic lies in constant movement, purpose, truth and authenticity.
A horse can’t stay still for very long!
The horse is unsafe with stagnation, moves intuitively towards safety and will expose misalignment in your life.
It’s crucial to prioritise your own well-being & aspirations so you can set clear boundaries emotionally & physically.
We need to set our own pace upfront so we don’t feel overwhelmed. Rest, consistency, self-respect & a daily routine can support you.
Start by clearing space at home or work & organising your financial matters to allow new energy in.
Endurance will succeed over intensity.

Last night was an amazing evening with my lovely daughters. We were celebrating my eldest daughter’s 21st birthday with Florence and The Machine ❤️ The O2 was so full of feminine energies, love, hope and joy.

Of course, today we are celebrating the Lunar New Year. So, farewell to the Wood Snake’s shedding energies of 2025 and welcome to the Fire Horse and steady forward movement for 2026! 🧧

Here’s wishing everyone a wonderful 2026. We need to prioritise self-care, pace ourselves, set firm boundaries in our lives and focus on what we want to achieve. The energy will take time to settle, big changes are coming in this year.

Fall in love with taking care of yourself. We need to love ourselves first before we can recieve healthy love from others.

Self-love is a choice that you can make every day.

Treat yourself to those flowers, or simply spoil yourself to something that brings you joy.

It’s your heart, your soul, your energy.

What you are feeling inside, your inner frequency will radiate from within you and attract a similar frequency from those around you.

Treat yourself the way you would like others to treat you.

Have you noticed how others respond when you greet them with a smile?

Happiness and laughter are contagious, they are pure medicine for the soul.

Kindness is a superpower, it is the secret behind every miracle.

Kindness sends a wave of love that spreads to those around you.

Love and kindness not only increases your seratonin levels and strengthens your immunity but it also does that for the person you are showing kindess to.
