KALLIOPE’S is a line of natural cosmetics and wellness products, handmade in small batches in Lefkas island. It is family-run in a mountainous village, offering you a healthy and ethical alternative to store-bought, industrial products.
Our products are born from the pristine nature of Lefkas, made with the rich aromatic and medicinal plants of our land. Blessed with a favorable climate, Greece is one of the richest countries in biodiversity, well known for its sublime botanical treasures. The Greek tradition on the healing power of herbs dates back thousands of years.
Our knowledge draws both from traditional herbalism and modern scientific research, constantly evolving. KALLIOPE’S formulas include tried and true folk herbal remedies but also make use of high performing natural cosmeceuticals.
The uniqueness of KALLIOPE’S formulas lies in their content in potent botanical extracts of the highest purity. That is ensured by our commitment to produce those extracts in-house, from wild or organically-grown plants.
Our ritual in making our extracts is intertwined with the seasons. We carefully and sustainably collect the magical herbs that only Nature nurtures. We plant and grow our plants with respect to the natural rythms.

We cultivate, forage and produce the botanicals that go into our products in an ethical, ecological manner. We source other ingredients from local trusted small producers and organic farms.
Sourcing of ingredients and manufacturing process are kept as low waste and energy efficient as possible, while producing no environmental pollutants. As for packaging, we choose containers that are reusable and recyclable. Secondary packaging and labels are recyclable and/or compostable. We also offer the option of refills on several products.
