Personal change and development happens one step at a time. Even just dedicating 10min of your day towards your yoga practice is a step in the right direction. Here are 3 easy ways to start:
-Meditate for 10 when you wake up or before you go to sleep. Focusing on the breath and observing thoughts as they come and go practising detachment.
-Practice 7 Sun Salutations! During Surya Namaskar try to focus on aligning the breath with the movement, inhaling in and up, exhaling out and down.
-If you have some previous experience practicing yoga, just take a moment to listen to your body and practice the asanas that come to mind. The body knows what it needs, and if you ask for guidance and listen closely, you might surprise yourself!
