Shen Wellness Therapies (ex Hands on + happy!) is a health & wellness therapies studio located in Kato Chalandri. Its environment is created in harmony with the holistic aesthetics and philosophy: A safe, clean space, simple and warm, and its natural materials promote healing, balance, calmness and well-being. Shen Wellness Therapies is a space that allows you to meet your inner self. The holistic therapies, Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Aromatherapy and Renaissance Face Massage, are beneficial for a wide range of health complains, promote health and wellbeing and, can be provided to any person, regardless of one's age, sex, nationality, religion, ideological or philosophical views. I am an accredited member of the Hellenic Shiatsu Society - member of the European Shiatsu Federation; an accredited member of the Hellenic Aromatherapists Association; a member of Hellenic society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care of Cancer and non Cancer Patients. I have been providing Shiatsu on a voluntary basis at the Pain Treatment department in Aretaieion University Hospital (2009 - 2012). I deliver lectures on the therapeutic systems mentioned above. Furthermore, I am interested in art; the aesthetic field, where humans reveal perception, creativity, consciousness widening, and, healing qualities. Besides Greek, I speak both English and French.

In“Shen Wellness Therapies” Maria shares her knowledge and experience on how each person can take care of her/himself in a way that resonates with her/his own temperament and needs, while at the same time cultivating the potential of a fulfilling life experience.

The holistic treatments Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acuface - Rejuvanessence Treatment, and Aromatherapy, besides of being beneficial for a wide range of health complains, they promote Health, Well-being and Beauty. Maria Gryllaki is an accredited member and member of the board of the Hellenic Shiatsu Society - member of the European Shiatsu Federation; an accredited member of the Hellenic Aromatherapists Association; a member of Hellenic society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care of Cancer and non Cancer Patients. She had been providing Shiatsu on a voluntary basis at the Pain Treatment Dept. in Aretaieion University Hospital (2009 - 2012), and at the Sleep Study Dept. in Aeginiteion Psychiatric Hospital (2016) She has been delivering lectures, organising workshops, and publishing articles on the therapeutic methods mentioned above. Furthermore, she loves art in every aspect; the aesthetic field, where humans reveal perception, creativity, mindfulness and healing qualities. Besides Greek, she speaks both English and French.
