When your reward system is flooded with fast hits, your brain gets noisy and easily distracted

It’s a short period where you reduce high‑stimulation, instant‑gratification activities so your brain can reset.

It’s not about never feeling pleasure! It’s about stepping back from constant notifications, endless scrolling, and mindless snacking so your focus and self‑control come back online.

By dialing down those triggers, you create space between your thoughts — so you worry less, decide more clearly, and feel less stuck.

Try a “mini‑dopamine detox” for 30–60 minutes:

Si sientes que todo, absolutamente todo urge hacerlo, puede ser tu cuerpo respondiendo a algo.

La urgencia puede sentirse convincente, sin embargo no siempre es una señal correcta. A veces lo que se tamos como “tengo que hacerlo ahora” es realmente tu cuerpo (tu sistema nervioso) que se ha activado y está tratando de protegerte 🫶🏼😌
