The fight continues for Luch! Famously my best yoga assistant (as you'll see in the video!)
🥰🫶😸
If you know Luch, you know she is the sweetest, most enthusiastic, and most loving three-year-old cat. Permanently tiny, she was likely the runt of the litte...

Friends & yogis I'm calling in a big favor.
My sweet kitty Luch is being hospitalized in the ER and is currently receiving a blood transfusion in the hopes of saving her life. Thanks dearly to the cooperation of incredible doctors stateside and San Pedro's own vet Pablo coordinating across countries - we are coming closer to getting answers but she is still critical.
At this point, I’m unfortunately running out of funds to keep her hospitalized and just hoping to pull together enough to keep her in treatment and alive.

Sarah is a yoga instructor, freelance writer and dancer from the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating college, and moving abroad to Brazil to pursue a career in journalism, Sarah returned to her hometown and found sanctuary in a small donation-based studio called Yoga to the People.
Doing yoga saved her life.
And it turned out she wasn’t alone. In 2017 she signed up for her 200 hr training and met 20 other like minded souls who had been drawn to yoga in their own times of need. Together they embarked on an extremely challenging and profoundly life changing journey.
While it was never her intention to teach yoga, Sarah started teaching donation based classes after hours at the dance studio where she worked to practice for her training. She discovered a passion for teaching and shortly after graduation she began to working at Square One Yoga and Yoga to the People, teaching any chance she could get. She also started teaching weekly classes for kids at the East Bay Dance Center where she worked during the afternoons.
In 2018, Sarah decided to leave the Bay Area and travel abroad. She arrived in a small lakeside village in the crater of three majestic volcanoes called Lake Atitlan. What was supposed to be a three month vacation, soon turned into a new life. In January of 2019, Sarah opened her own independent yoga classes in an abandoned bar space at Hostel Fe and soon began teaching at hostels and community centers all around Guatemala.
Sarah specializes in working with complete beginners as well as returning students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga. She combines elements from vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga and physical therapy to help students find proper alignment and increased flexibility. Sarah is committed to offering affordable, community oriented yoga that is accessible for anyone.
The hope is that no matter what is going on in your life, you always leave class feeling better than when you arrived.
Sarah teaches regular classes at The Workshop San Pedro and currently online. To join a virtual class, request a pre-recorded video or find out more information about her 1:1 Coaching program, please write Sarah on Facebook or at saraheliza.cronin@gmail.com.
