Founded in 1999, MPG (Marianas Physicians Group) has evolved into a women’s health specialty clinic that provides women’s health services to women throughout their lives. Our team of OB/GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, and education staff are committed to providing comprehensive compassionate care to you and your loved ones. In 2000, our sister company Sagua Mañagu opened its doors as Guam's First Birthing Center and has catered to thousands of families since. Our skilled staff will guide you through labor, delivery, and postpartum care. In addition, your healthy newborn will never leave your room, receiving all newborn exams and services right by your side. Our page celebrates all the Moms, Dads, and Families in Guam who have allowed us to take part in the births of their new bundles of joy!

Closing our countdown with a powerful reminder: It only takes one visionary to spark change and impact a community. For SaguaMPG, that visionary is Dr. Annie Bordallo—a Chamorro woman who dreamed of better health and more options for women on Guam, because that’s what our people truly deserve: quality care in a loving, supportive space. Though SaguaMPG is closing its doors after 26 years, we remain hopeful that others will rise to fill this essential role. 7 Days to Closing: Celebrating 7 Iconic Birthing Suites

As we approach the final week, we honor the legacy of Sagua Mañagu Suites—the first of its kind on Guam. Our 7 uniquely styled birthing suites, each complete with a soothing soaking tub and dedicated nurse support, was a haven for families welcoming their newest members. Families members were able to come and go freely, bring food and comforts from home, and witness lifes beauitful beginning. Here’s to the comfort, care, and unforgettable moments at Sagua Mañagu Birthing Center. 💕💕💕

We apologize for the delays in Medical Record processing. We are a much smaller team and it is impacting our turnaround time.

Please be assured that if you requested your records by January 31st (and have been notified that your request has been “received”), we will complete your request. You may not receive anything until some time in March.

We will contact you to collect payment (if needed) as soon as your records are ready to be emailed.

We are not accepting new requests due to the limited time and resources we have left.
That said, if you submitted a request after our Jan. 31st deadline, we will contact you by the 1st week of March to notify you if we will be able to complete this request.

To every mother who entrusted us with your care and every Sagua Baby who began their journey here—we send our love and gratitude. You are forever part of our story.
