Not a protocol that costs thousands of dollars a month.
Muscle tissue is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health outcomes available, including all-cause mortality. Grip strength, which largely reflects overall muscle mass, consistently predicts survival better than blood pressure in long-term studies.
Muscle mass regulates blood sugar, protects bone density, produces anti-inflammatory signals, and determines how well the body absorbs the demands of daily life.
And unlike most longevity interventions, building and maintaining it requires some weights(load), a programme that progresses with you, enough protein and recovery, and time.
That’s it.
The “longevity biohacking” industry has made this feel complicated.
It can be if there’s a specific objective within longevity, but the fundamentals isn’t
The fundamentals - progressive strength training, adequate protein & nourishment, consistent sleep & recovery - are accessible to most people and produce the same biological outcomes that expensive interventions are trying to replicate through other means.
The question isn’t whether you can afford to invest in this. It’s whether you’re treating it with the same seriousness as the things you can’t afford not to do.
This is what we build at Limitless.
