She’s the first  Specialized International master trainer in GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️ methods in Australia.

Experience:
Dana ( ) has known about the methods since the 1980s in New York City and explored them in the 1990s while living in Hong Kong, learning directly from their founder, Mr. Juliu Horvath.

In 2010, Dana started a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She completed a Post Graduate degree in Exercise Science Rehabilitation at Charles Sturt University in 2011. Dana has recently marked 12 years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with ESSA (Exercise Sport Science Australia).

Lucas is a classically trained dancer with 16 years as a Principal Role Dancer in national ballet companies across Finland, Hong Kong, and Slovenia, working under renowned directors like Irek Mukhamedov, Madeleine Onne and Septime Webre.
He has also served as a Balletmaster and taught at schools and companies across Asia and Canada, alongside creating notable choreographic works.
Now based in Hong Kong, Lucas is part of the SQi Studio team, specializing in Pilates and the Gyrotonic Expansion System®️, sharing his passion for movement, mobility, and health to inspire others.
