About Founder / Managing Director

Yolanda Che has over 20 years of business experience in the natural products industry, from market entry and regulatory compliance to managing operations and cultivating awareness. She handled a diverse product portfolio including foods and beverages, personal care, dietary supplements, and home supplies. Yolanda supports and promotes organic, fair trade and sustainability in all her life and integrates to the core values of her businesses. She also volunteers at caused related charities and teaches organic start-up course.

自開店以來，我地一直實施「綠色商店」措施，包括：
1) 減少貨品包裝 (例：不主動派發購物袋／鼓勵顧客自備購物袋／避免提供不必要的或不可重複使用的禮品包裝)
2) 節省用電 (例：店內空調溫度維持25.5°C／關店後關閉電源，包括店內燈具、電器等)
3) 節省用水 (例：飲用或清潔時只取用適當的份量)
4) 減廢回收 (例：回收重用包裝物料作送貨包裝 / 盡量減少廢棄貨品／員工自備可重用水杯及餐具)
5) 減少用紙 (例：盡量使用電子文件／有需要時才打印／雙面打印文件)

I’m honoured to receive, on behalf of Welspring, the SDG Certificate at the iRecycle ESG Award Ceremony.
