八段錦的魅力
大家天天在練八段錦,練不到位,沒有效果。不自知身體局限,容易練傷。
能跟隨少林釋延康師傅練習,循序漸進,改善各種身體問題。

八段錦簡介
八段錦在社會上流傳頗廣。究其原因為簡單易學、強身養身去病之功效而受到廣泛歡迎。八段錦是少林易筋經的一部分。
八段錦分為立功、坐功兩部分。練此功以調和陰陽、通理三焦為主旨,以動入靜、以靜入動,動靜皆宜,順乎五形,發其生機、神奇變化,通和上下,和暢氣血,去舊生新,充實五臟,驅外感之邪,消內生之百病,補其不足,瀉其多餘,消長之道。妙用無窮,常習之可達百病之不生、延年而益壽。
八段錦動作簡單,但其內涵豐富。若只注重外形之修煉,則徒勞而無功。練習時應注重反觀內視,調和呼吸、心靈感悟、明乎機理,若能如此,則功效顯著。

The Charm of Ba Duan Jin
Everyone practices Ba Duan Jin daily, but often does so incorrectly, leading to ineffective results. Unaware of their bodily limitations, they are prone to injury.
Following Master Shi Yankang from Shaolin for progressive practice can help improve various physical issues.

Introduction to Ba Duan Jin
Ba Duan Jin is widely practiced in society due to its simple and easy learning process, as well as its benefits in strengthening the body and alleviating illnesses.
Ba Duan Jin consists of standing and sitting practices, aimed at harmonizing Yin and Yang and balancing the three burners. It emphasizes movement leading to stillness and vice versa, promoting a balance of the five elements, enhancing life energy, regulating Qi and blood, and preventing various ailments, thus achieving longevity and health.
The movements of Ba Duan Jin are simple, yet rich in meaning. Focusing solely on external form is futile; practitioners should turn their gaze inward, harmonizing breath and mindfulness while understanding the principles; this leads to significant effects.

1. Two Hands Supporting the Sky (Regulating the Three Burners)
2. Drawing a Bow Left and Right (like Shooting an Eagle)
3. Adjusting the Spleen and Stomach
4. Looking Back to Relieve Fatigue and Injury

6. Climbing Knees with Both Hands to Strengthen Kidney and Waist
7. Clenching Fists with Angry Eyes to Increase Strength
8. Raising Heels Behind to Cure All Diseases

Master Xu Yijie was invited to Siu Sai Wan, Hong Kong, to conduct a health cultivation session on the practice of Ba Duan Jin. Participants followed the teacher in practice, gaining insights into how to "nourish the lungs and stretch the muscles," aiming to improve health from the inside out.
We welcome various organizations and social welfare institutions to reach out for collaboration to contribute to community health. We look forward to more teaching opportunities, allowing more people to benefit from these health cultivation methods.
