When you have integrity, your words and your deeds match up. You are who you are, no matter where you are or who you are with.
If you are known for your integrity, you will gain trust and respect from the people around you. People trust you because your actions are consistent with your words and you communicate honestly and openly.
People with integrity have nothing to hide and nothing to fear. Kaya naman mas madali nilang makuha ang respeto at tiwala ng mga tao.
We are all faced with conflicting desires and none of us can avoid this battle. Araw-araw, humaharap tayo sa mga sitwasyon na kailangan ng desisyonโgagawin mo ba kung anong gusto mo o gagawin mo kung ano ang dapat at tama?
Tao lamang tayo at may kanya-kanyang kahinaan. But when integrity is the referee, we will be consistent. Ang paniniwala natin ay sasalamin sa ating pag-uugali.
As a leader, you need to be authentic for you to earn trust. And if you are credible enough, people will place more confidence in you. This gives you the privilege of influencing your lives.
Hindi mo sila maiimpluwensya dahil lang sinabi mo. In other words, walk the talk. Remember, your actions should be consistent with your words.
You canโt tell people to be on time when you yourself are always late.
Now, ask yourself these questions: Are you trustworthy, reliable and honest? Can you admit your mistakes and are you not afraid to show you care?
