桂花蜜製作過程
20g乾桂花泡水浸五分鐘撈起備用,一個細pan放600ml滾水再加桂花蓋泡10分鐘, 撈起桂花,留下桂花水加600ml冰糖,開小火不用攪至糖溶約15分鐘。倒入30ml檸檬水再煮2分鐘見浮沫撇去,關火加入桂花攪拌後自然冷却加一湯匙蜜糖再攪拌放入密封瓶保存。可保存一個月,可加水果甜品食用
