Today, I had the incredible opportunity to teach medical students at the CIPS tutorial session held at the Faculty Building tutorial rooms. 🏥✨

The topic of the session was "Information Gathering Skills," a crucial aspect of the medical field. It was an absolute joy to be back on campus, surrounded by the bright and talented MBBS IV students. 😊👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Interacting with this younger generation of doctors-to-be was both heartwarming and inspiring. Their cuteness, empathy, and intelligence brought a whole new level of excitement to the classroom. 🌟

I'm grateful for the chance to share my knowledge and learn from these future healthcare heroes. Together, we're shaping the future of medicine and making a difference in the lives of countless patients. 🌍💉

It's true that true beauty comes from within, and it's important to focus on inner beauty, such as kindness, compassion, and character. However, there's nothing wrong with caring about one's external appearance as well. In fact, taking care of oneself can lead to increased confidence and self-esteem, which can have a positive impact on one's overall well-being. It's all about finding a balance between inner and outer beauty, and understanding that both are important. As a dermatologist and medical aesthetician, I am focused on helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, inside and out.

我哋同AIA既隊友進行咗第二次會面，分享健康教育講座，講解有關疣、痣、皮膚腫塊、原發性多汗症同壓力性尿失禁嘅常見皮膚問題。作為皮膚、護膚、美容醫學界嘅醫生，我熱衷於分享自己嘅知識，幫助人哋擁有最健康嘅皮膚。

我哋第一次會面嘅時候因為安全規定而要戴口罩，但今次就唔使啦，我哋終於可以見到大家靚靚嘅面孔啦，感覺好好，可以更親近。多謝AIA TEAM嘅邀請，我哋期待未來嘅會面！

We had the pleasure of hosting our second meeting with the AIA team, where we shared a health educational talk on common skin issues like warts, moles, skin lumps and bumps, primary hyperhidrosis, and stress urinary incontinence. As a dermatology, skincare, and aesthetic medicine expert, I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping people achieve their best skin.

At our first meeting, we had to wear mandatory masks due to safety protocols, but this time, we finally got to see everyone's lovely faces without them. It was great to recognize everyone and connect on a more personal level. Thank you, AIA TEAM, for having us, and we look forward to future meetings!

As a dermatolgy and aesthetic medicine practitioner, my goal is to help people feel confident in their own skin. However, I understand that sometimes the pressure to look perfect can be overwhelming, leading to off mask anxiety. That's why at my clinic, we not only provide top-notch treatments and services, but also a safe and supportive environment where we can address these concerns and work towards realistic solutions. It's important to me that my patients feel good not just on the outside, but on the inside as well. Let's work together towards healthy skin and a healthy mindset.
