Nha Trang we love you so much 😘 tho we had a flight delay for one day which messed up our work schedule 🥺
Other than that everything was so perfect and I even took my first barrel class 🤭
Can’t wait to travel to Vietnam again! 3 more trips till the end of 2023❤️

It took me 2 years to grasp the basic idea of pincha. I'm still at the BB stage though. 🥺
Through constant practice, I'm gaining a better awareness of my body. The improvements may seem unnoticeable, but they mean a lot to me

做得好真係無我份但起碼開始知道發生緊咩事🥺大家做咩都好都要堅持唔好放棄❤️

就快中秋節🥮食多啲月餅玩得開心啲🥰

Haven’t spent my birthday with her for many years already!
No yoga and just being a tourist wandering around 🤭 and bringing mum to try the things she has never tried ❤️

應該係今年最後一場😆
大家練習左一段時間都會想學習下啲進階動作
但有時練習方法唔正確除左做唔到之餘仲好易整親🥹
呢個工作坊我地會拆解唔同動作點樣進入同埋安全咁離開
我地會學習頭倒立，三點式頭倒立，K1/K2，crow/side crow，grasshopper，chin stand等等
如果大家有某啲動作想學亦可以事先同我地講，當日可以教授🥰
工作坊完結前亦都會預留時間比大家影相，紀錄一下大家努力的成果😍

練習左一段時間，大家都開始想試下一啲進階既式子，有好多同學可能覺得自己未ready，但其實唔試過真係唔知🤔

記得上堂教過好多同學，佢地問我不同動作既少少技巧🤏🏻只要慢慢跟足佢地都試到自己好多既第一次🥰 作為老師我當然非常開心🥳

今次既工作坊亦都一樣，希望可以透過同大家分享我既經驗令到大家對手平衡及倒立動作了解及掌握更多
