年廿八，大掃除，家居也好，個人也好，都需要送舊迎新。我近來很樂意做「斷捨離」，不論物件、與人關係，甚至是自己的信念。
物件：我感謝服務了我的物件，不論衣服、手袋、飾物、擺設或傢俱，送俾朋友或捐給有需要的人，我很喜歡回收嘅做法，祝福這些物品可以找到新主人，繼續發揮應有的作用。
與人關係 ：我感謝他或她之前的陪伴或合作，祝福他們得到另一段互相滋養的關係。
信念：我感謝服務過我的舊有信念，當我認清自己，接受自己，找回自身價值，不再需要抓著舊信念，放下舊能量，騰出空間，讓新信念帶領人生，以愛的能量祝福自己。
「斷捨離」～ 斷絕不需要的連繫，捨棄多餘的事物，離開對事物的執著，是一種放下，亦是一種祝福💜

“Le désencombrement“ - Couper les connexions inutiles, laisser aller des choses en excès, et se détacher des pièces jointes aux choses. Il s’agit de lâcher prise et aussi d’une forme de bénédiction💜
