šNo problems until you think there areāļø
Have you ever experienced this: when you focus on problems in life, you start to get more of them? I sure have! Read on to find some wisdom in this!
Some friends were concerned about me traveling alone in Egypt for few days before joining the group. My brother left a long audio messages right before my departure, analyzing political situation and potential risks, and suggested me not to go unless itās absolutely necessary.
In mind I didnāt see any problems as I have traveled alone to ādangerousā places many times.
After we landed earlier this morning, money exchange and phone card, no problem! The airport pick up, a little waiting, no worries!
However after I arrived at the front door the hotel, I started to notice a little problems - the exterior and the lobby are not what I imagined, the Hotel Manager just gave me a verbal quote for a driver or a guide, even the tour I booked for the next day doesnāt have a printed priceā¦I felt a bit unsettled⦠and then the waiter forgot my breakfast order and I had to shuffle down roti and omelette in five minutesā¦
While starting to get annoyed, I remembered the audio book that I listened on the flight, saying āallowing life unfold and interact in its natural and rational mannerā¦be fully present and simply enjoy experience of life. There are no problems.ā Obviously I am not there yet, but decided to just let it beā¦
So the rest of day was unfold naturally with a knowledgeable tour guide explaining to me the history and amazing artifacts in museums, an interesting energy experience with some special statues, a short meditation with meteor pyramid, visiting 16 well preserved mummies, trying to get refund for an online booking, local street shopping etc⦠itās only my first day, but felt like I have been here for weeksā¦haha. I am exhausted but no problems! š
Tomorrow is a big day for Pyramids!
