What Is Core?When we think of the word ‘core’, we might envision six pack abs,rectus abdominis.But a strong, healthy core is about much more than having a washboard stomach.Our ‘core’ includes all the muscles in our trunk, including our deep core muscle (the transverse abdominis) and obliques.
