原來呢種症狀叫做「冷空氣敏感」，起因係當鼻黏膜受到突然嘅溫差刺激，例如係朝早出門嘅第一口「涼氣」🌬️，會引發黏膜血管收縮同擴張，同時出現流鼻水或鼻塞嘅過敏症狀👃🏻！
